Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 October 2026
By using Anti Copium (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. What this is
Anti Copium is a free information and educational tool. It lets you test trading ideas against past market data. It is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a financial service of any kind. We never hold your money and you can’t trade on the Site.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Results are hypothetical and based on past data. Do your own research and make your own decisions.
3. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no promises of any kind: not about accuracy, completeness, availability, speed, or that it will be free of bugs or interruptions. Indicator values, signals, trades, fees, funding and results can be wrong. Prices and other data come from third parties (mainly Binance) and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on.
4. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Anti Copium, its owners and anyone who works on it are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind that comes from using, or being unable to use, the Site. That includes trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, and anything that happens because of a result, a signal, a link or a third party. You use the Site entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
5. Your connection and your data
The Site runs in your browser. Market data reaches you through connections your browser makes straight to Binance (including live websocket connections). We don’t control those connections, and we aren’t responsible for their availability, accuracy, cost, or for what your device, network or browser does with them. Your settings and strategies are saved only on your own device (see the Privacy Policy). Clearing your browser data, or switching browser or device, can remove them, and keeping a backup is up to you.
6. Third parties, referrals and affiliates
The Site may link to other websites and services, such as exchanges, and may include referral or affiliate links. If you use one, we may earn a commission. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for them or for anything that happens if you sign up or use them. Any relationship you have with them is between you and them. Read their terms, check them out yourself, and decide for yourself.
7. Using the Site properly
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and allowed to use tools like this where you are. Don’t misuse the Site: no attacking or overloading it, no trying to break or bypass it, and no using it for anything unlawful. Some locations can’t access Binance data; that is outside our control, and you are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to you.
8. Shared links
A strategy link holds your strategy inside the link itself. Anyone who has the link can open it. Only share links you’re happy for others to see.
9. Our content
The Site’s design, code, text and branding belong to Anti Copium. Market data belongs to its providers. You may use the Site and its results for yourself, but please don’t copy or resell the Site itself.
10. Changes
We can change, pause or stop the Site, or any part of it, at any time. We can also change these terms, and any of our other policies, at any time, with or without notice. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about them can go to info@anticopium.com.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
The short version: we don’t store your data. There are no accounts, and the Site doesn’t send your strategies or settings to a server of ours. Here’s the detail.
What stays on your device
Your indicators, strategy rules, options, display choices (like the Signals switch) and a copy of recent candles are saved in your own browser, using local storage and a local database. We can’t see them. You can erase them any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Who your browser talks to
Using the Site makes your browser contact other companies directly. They can see your internet address and basic technical details such as your browser type, as with any website. We don’t control what they do with that, so see their own policies.
- Binance supplies the prices, candles and funding rates (including live connections).
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface used in the logo.
- jsDelivr (a content delivery network) supplies the chart library and the coin and social icons.
- Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, carries what you type into our forms (see below) to our inbox.
- A country-lookup service (country.is or GeoJS) is contacted to work out roughly which country you are in, so that some links are only shown where allowed. Only your internet address is involved, and we don’t store the result.
- Our web host, once the Site is online, may keep ordinary server logs such as the address of the visitor and the time.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use cookies, and we don’t run advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we’ll update this page.
If you send us something
If you use a form on the Site, such as requesting an indicator or joining the newsletter, we receive what you type, such as your email address and message. It reaches us as an email through Web3Forms, and we don’t keep it in a database. We use it only to answer you or send what you signed up for, and you can ask us to delete it. Don’t put anything private in a request.
Links and affiliates
If you follow a link to another site, including a referral or affiliate link, that site has its own privacy practices. We may be told that you came from us, so we can be paid a commission.
Children
The Site isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We can change this policy at any time, and the date above shows the latest version. Questions about privacy can go to info@anticopium.com.
Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Not financial advice. Do your own research. Crypto is highly volatile and you can lose some or all of your money.
It’s a test, not a forecast
A backtest shows what a rule would have done on past data. It doesn’t say what will happen next. A strategy that looked good can lose money, and a good-looking result can be down to luck, to the period you picked, or to the way the test is simplified.
What the numbers leave out
- Real orders can fill at worse prices than the candles suggest (slippage), and some orders won’t fill at all.
- Fees, funding, spreads, taxes and rules differ by account, exchange and country.
- Perpetual futures and short positions carry extra risks, including losses larger than expected and forced closure. Spot shorts here are hypothetical only.
- Data comes from public feeds and may be delayed, missing or wrong. Calculations can contain mistakes.
Your decisions
We don’t tell you what to buy or sell, and nothing here is a recommendation. Only risk money you can afford to lose, check things on a real exchange before you act, and speak to a qualified professional if you need advice. Anything you do is on you.
Referrals and affiliates
We may include referral or affiliate links and may be paid if you sign up. That isn’t an endorsement, and we aren’t responsible for what happens if you use those services.
This disclaimer is part of our Terms of Use, which we can change at any time.
